I had a good experience on my visit to Doctor Thomson, I did not have to wait long for my appointment and was dealt with efficiently. His explanation of my diagnosis was clear and explained fully. He dealt with me in a professional manner.

Dr Thomson was amazing. He instantly diagnosed my problem and allayed my concerns. Most importantly, he listened to me and offered excellent advice. I believe he actually understood 'where I was coming from'. I have seen a number of health care professionals recently and Dr Thomson was by far the most excellent. Thank you so much. I met Dr Richard Thomson in 2008 and have been a patient since then. Because of my health troubles. I gained a lot of knowledge and most of all help. Trying out different medications and in the end finding the right one. After all this time i can now come of the medication, in the years with Dr Thomson he has always kept me up to date with new knowledge of food that I should avoid in the future, he also is very understanding and has a lot of patience. I cannot see what improvements Dr Thomson can make as I had first class treatment, after being ill for a no of years.

Dr Richard Thomson has an empathetic approach He listens attentively and questions thoroughly He is subtle when he writes notes and confirms in writing what you discuss in clinic I felt at ease whilst I explained somewhat embarrassing symptoms I felt reassured by the process of elimination At no time was I baffled by medical jargon I would recommend this consultant

Dr.R.Thomson treated me very successfully even though the end result was not what he would have liked for me. I found Dr.Thomsom to be very concerned for my welfare.The treatment was excellent and I would nor hesitate recommendation for others to have it. Yes it was scientific but rewarding. The staff at the hospital were excellent and very thorough and very patient with me. I did find the waiting for my results to come through made me wonder if there was something wrong, but I put this down to my impatience. All in all very worthwhile and a pleasure to be under Dr. Thomson.
